March 28, 2009. 8:30 pm. The whole world observed Earth Hour for dear Mother Earth...or at least most of the whole world...Mabs took pics of that special hour; pics of the candles, pics of Tendou( our pet lab ), and even pics of the kids and their granddad. Should've posted this on the day, kaso bawal nga gumamit ng kuryente( yeah riiiiight....).
Staring at the dancing candle flame, waiting for the hour to elapse so you can get back to your electrically-dependent/digital life...kind of knocks some senses back into you. Can we really do without the things we take for granted now. Do without tv. Cable. Internet. Air-conditioning. You know, the everyday, usual stuff...
Better late than never!
